I found it a good Idea to explore the retopology workflow of a garment in a VFX pipeline. I learned a lot getting through this process on how to preserve all detail from the beginning to the end of the pipeline. I made all the textures in Substance Designer, Painter and UE5. All of the meshes where made by me and modeled in Blender and Marvelous designer. Lookdev was done in Blender and I did a realtime render test in UE5. In the meantime I also learned how to make PBR materials in UE5 which was surprisingly fun.
